  • RPA – With our RPA platforms we can register and automate tasks that do not require a creative approach. We can offer a few robots, like UiPath robots, or the complete robotization of (frontend) processes.
  • Automation Consulting – Implementation is only one part of our skillset. We provide complete services, including strategy development, process analysis (AS-IS), target process architecture design (TO-BE), fit-for-purpose technology selection, monitoring, optimization, and maintenance.
  • BPO – Business Process Outsourcing also belongs to our capabilities. Whether you need full or partial realization – we provide flexible settlement models, success-fee included.
  • BPO – Our own e-Service Desk Automation Platform allows automatization of different types of incidents, tasks, and tickets. It’s dedicated to the teams working with JIRA, BMC Remedy, ServiceNow, and HP Enterprise tools.
  • BeeBot – This intelligent chatbot is suitable for advanced integration with your systems and available on any channel, such as Facebook Messenger, LiveChat, Whatsapp, and even e-mail. Chatbot speaks Polish and English, but we can teach him any other language with embedded NLP.
  • Workshops & Trainings – We ensure effective roll out with trainings and workshops. If needed, we also help you create documents to handle any contingency due to changes in applications and systems.
