Lead ETL Developer 
 
We’re looking for Lead Software Engineer with strong experience in ETL as well as agile Mindset to complement our BlueSoft team.

Requirements:

• Minimum 8 years of experience in work related to: Software development in enterprise projects 
• Experience conducting large scale requirements and design sessions with business process owners 
• Being able to manage multiple priorities and projects simultaneously 
• Ability to actively initiate and lead architecture and processes optimization and introducing new solutions 
• Proactive approach towards area 
• Taking the role of Problem Coordinator, Major Incident Manager if such problems occur in Service 
• Communicates effectively with service leaders (i.e.: Delivery Managers, Delivery Service Managers, Support Lead, Lead Developer) 
• Responsible for the ongoing adaptation processes to our needs 
• Experience working in Agile Development Methodologies
• Good knowledge of Team Foundation Server – configuration level 
• English at least at C1
• 5+ years of experience designing, building and implementing a data warehouse 
• Strong SQL (Structured Query Language) and data extraction skills
• Experience optimizing physical designs for effective ETL and maximum query performance
• Experience with DB/ETL best practices
• Creating high-quality documentation 
• Expertise knowledge of ITIL standards and SCRUM processes (ability to behave as a ScrumMaster) 
• Strong problem-solving orientation 
• Strong team and customer service focus
• Proven ability to quickly learn new technologies 
• Ability to communicate effectively 
• Experience with EAI and Ell best practices 
• Experience in the application of various data integration patterns
• Experience in working in regulated domain (pharma, banking, auto-motive) will be an asset
