Irena Niesłuchowska

Irena is an experienced manager with more than twenty years of practice. She started her carrier at Bank Handlowy w Warszawie S.A. For nearly ten years, she performed the function of a business analyst for the Management Information Department. For several years, she worked in projects and programs on IT solution providers, such as Asseco Poland, Infovide-Matrix, and CGI Poland, many times in close cooperation with consulting companies such as Deloitte, PwC, and EY. 

Irena’s wide range of initiatives includes Data Governance and Management Information Systems programs, Data Warehouses, and various Business Intelligence projects for Risk, Finance, and Management Accounting divisions. The projects were implemented for many leading banks such as mBank, BNP Paribas, Raiffeisen Bank, Deutsche Bank, Alior Bank, and PKO BP. In most of the completed projects, she was responsible for the substantive consistency and managing the entire project or program. 

Irena joined BlueSoft’s team in April 2020. Previously, she had managed a Data Warehouse and Reporting Development Team at Euro Bank in Wroclaw for over two years.  

She constantly complements her practice and professional experience with theoretical knowledge. After obtaining a degree in Finance & Accounting from Warsaw School of Economics and a postgraduate diploma in IT from The Institute of Organization and Management in Industry “Orgmasz,” currently, she continues her education in the field of management at Warsaw School of Economics. 

At the personal development area, she graduated from the Gestalt Counselling School in Cracow. Irena is also interested in coaching methods useful in the management area, so she participates in thematic conferences and seminars.
