Kamila Wójcik – proactive and self-motivated Human Resources Expert, able to work independently towards a successful conclusion, with experience encompassing both agency and corporate full life-cycle recruiting. She has been looking for the most talented people in the IT area since 2014. Thanks to experience in cooperating with many well-known brands from various sectors, she implements the best practices at BlueSoft. She always strives to have a good foresight into company needs and empathize with the candidate’s true career aspirations – the goal is not only to hire but to find the perfect match.
Kamila also participates and facilitates other HR activities (onboarding process for new colleagues, performance evaluations, consultation for Managers, preparing IT market insight, support employer branding strategy, and employee experience) to professionally grow our talented employees.
She graduated with a Master’s Degree in Psychology. Knowledge and proven experience as a psychologist help her to better understand other people’s needs and perceive the entire company not only as a great working business but, above all, amazing people.
