She began her career in 2011 as an Office Coordinator in an IT company. Katarzyna specializes in recruitment and cooperation with hiring managers.
She currently provides support to hiring managers in determining staffing needs, coordinating interviews, and making recommendations. She also supports HR processes and supervising an internal training program.
As a psychologist, she enjoys sharing her knowledge, experience, and passion for HR with others.
She has problem-solving skills and a personality that makes everyone around her smile.
Katarzyna is a fan of playing board games with her friends, attending music festivals, and traveling around the world.
