Konrad Kurzydło is a Business Unit Director at BlueSoft. He is responsible for various teams and projects across different industries: Insurance, Logistics, Health, Public.
He has over 15 years of experience in Software Development, which he gained performing almost every possible role in a project team. He started working at BlueSoft as a Java software developer, then he was appointed as a software designer and an architect and finally, he became a successful project manager and team leader. He was responsible for more than 50 successful projects in many areas, which often involved more than 40 people on the payroll.
After hours, he is a passionate book reader with a focus on self-development and psychology. He graduated from the Faculty of Mathematics and Information Science at the Warsaw University of Technology. He finished postgraduate studies in the Management of IT Resources at the Faculty of Information Technology and Telecommunications at the Warsaw University of Technology.
