Łukasz Mosiej is a Business Unit Director at BlueSoft, responsible for building and cultivating relationships with several BlueSoft’s clients mainly from the Banking and Financial sectors. He has been working in BlueSoft for more than 13 years, starting his carrier from being a good system analyst.
Nowadays, Łukasz has more than 200 people on board in his business unit. To be effective, 10 project managers and team leaders help him to deliver projects and lead successful teams.
Łukasz holds a Master’s Degree in IT from Warsaw University of Technology (2007) and a postgraduate diploma in IT Project Management from Warsaw University (2009). Additionally, he started a PhD in the field of Data Mining in 2007, which he paused in 2011. He believes that one day he will find time to be awarded this PhD.
