Maciej Konopko is a Chief Financial Officer at BlueSoft and serves on its Management Board. Maciej oversees the accounting, financial planning and analysis, treasury, internal audit, and tax functions at BlueSoft.
Before joining BlueSoft, Maciej was a Chief Financial Officer at Orange Energia, where he also served on its Management Board. Previously he was Central Financial Controlling Director in Orange Polska and Senior Manager in the Audit Department at EY. He is also a member of the Supervisory Board at PTE Orange Polska.
Maciej has over 18 years of experience in providing strategic financial advisory and in leadership and management of the finance and accounting team. In his career, Maciej gained extensive experience in controlling, planning, reporting and analyses, capital allocation, and working capital analysis as well as processes and control systems’ improvement.
Maciej holds a Master’s degree in Finance and Banking from the Warsaw School of Economics. He is a member of ACCA and Polish Chartered Accountant. Maciej also completed the ESCP Europe Excellence Program at ESCP Business School.
