Maciej Pawlak is an experienced Solution Architect with a vast knowledge of BPMN (Workflows), and E-Commerce oriented systems and Security, System Integration, CI/CD aspects of IT solutions. His parallel field of expertise is project management with a strong focus on direct team leadership.
As an Architect and a Project Manager, whenever there is such an opportunity, Maciej is still eager to be an active programmer to maintain a low-level knowledge of implemented solutions. This gives the occasion for experiencing project’s hardships on all levels, which is a key aspect for a good team leader focused on project success.
He worked for insurance, logistics, airline, telecommunication, and banking and is always eager to master a new set of skills.
He joined BlueSoft in 2010 as a Junior Programmer.
Maciej graduated with a Master’s Degree in Software Engineering from the Warsaw University of Technology with an additional post-graduate degree in Project Management.
