Sebastian is a results-oriented, professional and analytical decision-maker driven by performance. Dedicated, creative, innovative, and proactive. Team player, constantly empowering his staff in putting the bar higher and doing better.
Most of his time Sebastian spends building strong and long-term partnerships with retailers, helping them in turning ideas into reality and simply achieving more.
Before working at BlueSoft, Sebastian was a Program Manager focused on digital and omnichannel transformations, advising, and leading teams in retail and telco industries. He possesses extensive knowledge and experience in the field of project and program management.
Sebastian holds a Master of Science Degree in Technical Physics, Computer Science, and Applied Mathematics from the Technical University of Łódź.
