Sylwia Klimiuk has been associated with the company since 2009, when BlueSoft still employed just over 100 people.
She has been employed in the financial department as a Payroll Specialist since the beginning of the cooperation and has been mainly responsible for the punctuality of the payroll system.
Although on a daily basis she is connected with payroll, if time allows, she also devotes herself to organizing various forms of integration in the company. In the years 2015 – 2017, she was responsible for two/three-day-long company integration events called “BlueKick” and organized company Christmas Eves (Xmas Party).
Since 2014, she has been an organizer and participant of cruises on the Polish STS Fryderyk Chopin sailing ship dedicated to the employees and their accompanying persons. During this time, she managed to take part in cruises on the North, the Mediterranean and the Caribbean Seas.
She graduated from the Faculty of Management and Marketing at the Białystok University of Technology with a Master’s Degree in tourism management.
