Wojciech Pawiński’s been the CEO of BlueSoft since 2002. He serves on its Board of Directors. In this role, he leads the company to accelerate growth embracing the company mission to cater bespoke solutions to global enterprises.
He founded BlueSoft in 2002, focusing his full-time attention on developing BlueSoft into the company it is today.
Under his direction, BlueSoft has grown to become a company that hires over 800 experts and serves the biggest enterprises in Poland and worldwide.
Wojciech holds a Master’s Degree in IT from Wroclaw University of Science and Technology.
