- Collaborate with Business Solution Owners, Subject Matter Experts, and Analysts to analyze processes and requirements, documenting solution approaches and trade-offs that balance risk and value.
- Work closely with Architects from other systems (e.g., Master Data, Price, Warehouse, Logistics, BI, Web Shop, Planning) to ensure seamless integration with Business Central, following defined integration strategies.
- Design and document architecture diagrams, functional specifications, and configuration documentation.
- Enhance system performance and user experience by collaborating with cross-functional teams.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and organizational policies.
- Conduct risk analyses related to the implementation of new solutions.
- Manage the quality of implementation projects across all phases.
- Share ideas, insights, and technical expertise with internal teams to foster innovation and continuous improvement.
- 5+ years of experience in consulting or development of ERP solutions, such as Microsoft Dynamics NAV, Dynamics 365 Business Central, or similar systems, including implementation and support.
- Strong understanding of functional aspects (e.g., Sales, Supply Chain Management, Finance modules) supported by a solid grasp of business processes and technical product knowledge.
- Proven experience in Solution Design (integration design experience is a plus).
- Deep knowledge of ERP implementation methodologies and best practices.
- Solid understanding of SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle) and its application in ERP projects.
- Resourcefulness, energy, enthusiasm, and self-confidence, with a strong team player mindset and a willingness to mentor others.
- Fluent communication skills in English and Polish.
- Ability to work under tight deadlines and adapt to dynamic business environments.
