BlueSoft has signed a preliminary purchase agreement with Orange Polska
On 29 April 2019, BlueSoft signed a preliminary purchase agreement with Orange Polska. It is a strategic decision for us, one that will provide our Company with an expanded offer and customer base on the one hand and guarantee the stability and dynamic development of the organization.
As BlueSoft joins Orange Polska Group, our clients gain access to a comprehensive ICT offer, including telecommunications, infrastructure, security, IT, IT outsourcing, and digital transformation services.
In turn, Orange Polska Group will acquire a Partner capable of digital transformation in the application area and thus will be able to expand its range of services to include IT. The scope of activities and potential of BlueSoft, with simultaneous support from Orange, will help to create a significant IT Integrator in this part of Europe.
We would also like to state that all existing agreements and terms of cooperation with our Clients remain in force in their current form. BlueSoft will stay fully independent within Orange Polska Group, which means that its organizational structure, Management Board, operating model, quality, potential, flexibility, and working culture, which is what the market and the Clients appreciate in BlueSoft, will also remain unchanged.
