BlueSoft participates in a Plenary Meeting of CE-IoT project

April 11th, BlueSoft has had a pleasure to participate in a Plenary Meeting of CE-IoT project funded within the H2020 program, which has been hosted in Brussels by Deloitte premises, one of the consortium partners.

The meeting had a couple of aims:

  • Project implementation discussions related to constantly changing Circular Economy landscape and challenges
  • Project status reporting

An overall aim of CE-IoT is to develop an innovative framework of the interplay between Circular Economy and IoT. One of the very first outcomes of the project is finding new ideas and novel ways in which interaction between Circular Economy and IoT can significantly (or one can say drastically) change the business models hence the change of products, services, and entire industrial ecosystems.

The very fruitful discussions have been centered around finding new or improving already discussed worldwide ideas of pairing Circular Economy with IoT. Building a framework that will bring value-added across the sectors is a high-level challenge and consortium ambition at the same time.

During the plenary meeting, the ideas discussed to advance the project significantly and bring the consortium to an extensive understanding of the concepts.

This project has received funding from the European Union’s Horizon 2020 research and innovation staff exchange program (RISE) under the Marie Skłodowska-Curie grant agreement No 777855
