Responsibilities:
STRATEGIC PLANNING
- maintain vision, roadmap, and current landscape for the Product Line;
- define target architecture and align Product Line strategy with overall domain strategy, Ix Technology, and business objectives;
- conduct/support value stream mapping and classification mapping (maturity, PACE-layering, functional & technical fit);
- provide architectural insights for PL and C-Pod.
ARCHITECTURE LEADERSHIP, OVERSIGHT & GOVERNANCE
- assess and consult on impacts and dependencies of initiatives on capabilities, risk and application landscape;
- contribute to prioritization and investment trade-off analysis;
- oversee and ensure architecture governance for the domain;
- cover Information, Technology, Business & Application Architecture;
- drive vendor technology assessments.
INNOVATION & CONTINUOUS IMPROVEMENT
- drive external technology trends and assess feasibility in their PL;
- identify opportunities to reuse, consolidate & optimize;
- actively manage tech debt by monitoring application and technology lifecycles.

- information sharing & exchange with architecture community.
Requirements:
- experience: minimum of 5-7 years in a solution architect role with significant experience in business analysis or a related field;
- technical proficiency: strong background in designing IT solutions, with
expertise in data management, analytics platforms, and cloud technologies; - business acumen: excellent analytical skills with the ability to conduct business analysis and translate business needs into technical requirements;
- strategic thinking: ability to think strategically and align information solutions with business goals, demonstrating a clear understanding of the company's vision and industry trends;
- communication skills: exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to present complex technical information to non-technical stakeholders;
- agile mindset: familiarity with agile methodologies (SAFe in particular), with a focus on iterative development, continuous improvement, and flexibility to adapt to changing business needs.
