We played a key role in supporting our logistics partners by providing advanced technological solutions tailored to enhance the delivery experience for their customers. We developed the seamless integration of card payment options for cash-on-delivery parcels in 2016, pioneering this convenience in the Polish courier market.  

In our collaborative efforts, we have also contributed to the expansion of logistics services by supporting the launch of solution supporting same-day deliveries in major cities. Our IT expertise facilitated the scaling of the courier network, including the City Branch Offices, which underpins the logistics of bicycle, scooter, and on-foot deliveries.  

Amidst the challenges of the COVID-19 pandemic in 2020, our technological innovations were crucial in simplifying delivery and collection procedures, ensuring safety with “doorstep” deliveries or the use of a one-time PIN for personal handovers. In 2021, we continued our support as our partner expanded its food delivery service, showcasing our dedication to evolving logistics solutions in alignment with emerging market needs and customer comfort. 

Our expertise enabled the design, implementation, and deployment of a state-of-the-art courier settlement system that, by analyzing terabytes of data, provides financial reconciliations for over 10,000 couriers and more than a million parcels daily.
