Senior Boomi Engineer / Architect
Core Responsibilities:
- Advanced knowledge of Dell Boomi AtomSphere – designing and implementing integration processes using Boomi Integration, Flow, API Management, and MDM; configuring Atoms/Molecules/Cloud Atoms and optimizing data flows.
- Experience in system integration using common standards and protocols – REST/SOAP, JSON, XML, XSD, WSDL, OData, JDBC, FTP/SFTP, AS2; ability to create and maintain APIs in the Boomi API Gateway.
- Proficiency in data mapping and transformations – creating complex Data Process Shape mappings, working with Document Cache, Data Validation, branching logic, and using DataWeave/Groovy/JavaScript for custom transformations where required.
- Knowledge of integrations with various platforms, configuring native Boomi connectors and working with custom connectors via the Boomi Connector SDK.
- Ability to automate CI/CD for the Boomi environment – Git (Boomi Git Integration), Boomi Deploy API, Jenkins/Azure DevOps/GitLab CI, version control of deployment packages, and management of deployment pipelines.
- Experience in monitoring and troubleshooting processes – Boomi Process Reporting, AtomSphere Dashboard, Logs & Alerts, process performance optimization, error analysis, and implementation of retry/failover mechanisms.
