Project description:
As Technical Solution Manager you will act as a bridge between business stakeholders, IT teams and vendors, ensuring that business needs are translated into effective technical solutions. This role involves analyzing requirements and designing systems that align with organizational goals.
You will focus on the strategic goal of migration existing financial systems to Oracle Finance Stack, including integration between core product systems with new platform, assuring that existing processes are at least as well performing as in AS-IS state with a smooth transition.
Responsibilities:
lead end-to-end financial process and system integrations across EMEA entities;
align integration efforts with business goals and compliance standards;
collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements;
supervise system analysts and foster cross-team knowledge sharing;
translate business needs into clear, actionable requirements;
serve as primary contact for financial system vendors (e.g., Nexo, Navision, Symfonia, BC);
ensure vendor deliverables align with internal analysis and timelines;
analyze integration requirements, system dependencies, and data flows;
document processes, interfaces, and write Epics/User Stories with clear acceptance criteria;
advise on system capabilities and integration strategies;
monitor progress, identify risks, and support stakeholder communication;
coordinate work across internal teams, contractors, and vendors.
Qualifications:
5+ years in system analysis/architecture, including 2+ years in a lead or coordination role;
hands-on experience with financial systems (e.g., Oracle, Nexo, Navision, Symfonia, BC) preferred;
background in financial system migrations and complex, multi-layered architectures;
skilled in creating detailed business requirements and process maps;
strong grasp of ERP/finance system architecture and integration (APIs, ETL, middleware);
able to translate business processes into system requirements;
proficient in functional/non-functional documentation; UML and BPMN experience;
technical education or software development exposure (CS degree preferred);
strong leadership and coordination abilities across internal teams and vendors;
excellent communication skills in English and Polish.
- Nice to have: experience with post-merger system harmonization or transformations; familiarity with Jira, Confluence, SharePoint.
