PMO Specialist

Project description: 

We are looking for a PMO Specialist who will support the team in both day-to-day project activities and internal communication and marketing initiatives. An important part of the role will be creating engaging materials showcasing the team’s activities, achievements, and successes, as well as ensuring their effective communication across the organization.

Your Role in the Team:

• Supporting the team in day-to-day project coordination.
• Preparing meeting notes, summaries, and follow-up materials.
• Creating presentations and visual materials for the team and stakeholders.
• Creating content for internal communication channels to promote the team’s activities, initiatives, and successes.
• Supporting internal marketing and communication activities.
• Supporting communication around team initiatives, events, and key activities.
• Ensuring consistency, clarity, and visual quality of published materials.
• Supporting meeting organization and tracking agreed actions and deadlines.
• Collaborating with team members and stakeholders in an international environment.

Requirements:

• Very good command of English (minimum C1) – both written and spoken.
• Ability to create clear and engaging presentations in PowerPoint.
• Strong writing skills and the ability to create short, engaging content for internal communication.
• Interest in internal communication and marketing.
• Very good organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Independence, creativity, and a proactive approach to tasks.
• Previous experience in PMO, marketing, internal communication, or project-related roles would be an advantage.
