BlueSoft’s experience with JIRA and CONFLUENCE deployments
- Our company has many years’ experience with Atlassian products, especially as regards: utilities, maintenance, deployment, development and training.
- Since 2010 BlueSoft has used JIRA and CONFLUENCE systems internally, as basic work tools. Each project has its own JIRA workflow and a CONFLUENCE space. These systems are the basis for running maintenance and manufacturing processes (organizing waterfall and agile project work (app. 150 projects, 500 users)). These systems also constitute the core of ISO and Risk Management System processes.
- Apart from using those systems, BlueSoft also develops plugins for internal use and for the clients. JIRA is integrated with such systems, used at BlueSoft, as: TestLink, SVN, LDAP, Git, nBlues (clocking in and clocking out system), RIS
- Each process at our company has individually customized configurations (e.g. workflow, request type, non-standard fields, screens, visibility security, etc.) and plugins, including also those written by BlueSoft.
BlueSoft has successfully implemented many projects in this area. We will happily present our portfolio directly as well as answer more questions about technology itself and benefits to be brought by its implementation.
