As the largest retail company in Poland, Biedronka faces a unique challenge:
How to effectively and consistently develop the leadership potential of thousands of employees at various levels of the organization. “The Leadership Potential Review – MDR” process required a modern tool that would not only streamline HR operations but also provide real support in creating and implementing individual development plans.
The organization needed a solution that would:
enable large-scale personalization,
support managers and employees in development dialogue,
integrate with the existing e-learning platform (EduAkcja),
and at the same time be intuitive, engaging, and scalable.
In response to this challenge, the jAIn platform was created – an AI-powered HR system.
The concept and content were developed by Biedronka’s Learning and Development team, while BlueSoft was responsible for the comprehensive technological implementation – both on the backend (including AI modules) and the frontend layer of the application, covering UX and UI.
