Digital Factory Integration Lead

Project description:
Join the international Digital Factory Program (DFP) project, which aims to digitally transform manufacturing plants based on Industry 4.0 architecture.
The project includes the integration of key operational and business systems: MES, WMS, LIMS, ERP and OT platforms, ensuring consistent data flow, system interoperability and compliance with quality and safety requirements.
As Digital Factory Integration Lead, you will be responsible for the integration architecture globally, coordinating local and central teams and building integration standards for all locations.
Responsibilities:
- define and maintain the global integration architecture for the Digital Factory program;
- develop integration strategy and implementation roadmap in line with program milestones;
- design and implement integration between MES, WMS, LIMS, ERP and OT platforms;
- ensure consistent data flow, information integrity and traceability across the ecosystem;
- oversee interface documentation, testing, validation and acceptance protocols;
- support on-site deployments and technical leadership during go-live and hypercare phases;
- coordinate collaboration with global teams, local teams and technology vendors;
- ensure that integration solutions comply with quality, regulatory and data security requirements.
Qualifications:
- higher technical education (Computer Science, Engineering, Automation or related)
Minimum 10 years of experience in systems integration in a manufacturing or supply chain environment; - experience in integration of MES, WMS, LIMS, ERP and OT systems;
- very good knowledge of data architecture, middleware and APIs;
- previous experience working in an international and cross-functional environment;
- leadership skills and experience in coordinating teams;
- excellent communication skills and ability to work with stakeholders;
- fluency in English - level min. C1;
- residence in Poland required and fluency in the Polish language.
Nice to have:
Experience with: Körber PAS-X MES, LabVantage LIMS, Infor M3 ERP, Aveva OT
Knowledge of integration tools: MuleSoft, Dell Boomi or similar
